Eldex MicroPro® 펌프는 기존의 하드웨어와 이전의 주사기펌프 디자인의 어려움을 극복하고 극도로 낮은 유속(0.01 uL/min)에서도 정밀하게 유체를 이송합니다.
|
|
|
낮은 유속을 필요로하는 마이크로 LC, 캐피러리 LC, LC-MS, FIA 뿐만아니라 바이오분리, 반응액투입 및 시험생산설비등 광범위한 영역에 활용할 수 있습니다.
|
|
|
Eldex MicroPro® 펌프는 온도조절기능으로 보다 정밀한 유체 이송을 보장합니다.
|
|
|
최적의 모듈식 디자인으로 필요에 따라 펌프를 추가할 경우에도 사용공간을 최소화할 수 있습니다.
|
|
|
한 대의 MicroPro® 펌프로 3 대의 다른 펌프를 제어할 수 있습니다. 기울기용리 또는 여러대의 펌프를 개별적으로 제어할 경우에도 적합합니다.

Pulseless Flow ;
Eldex MicroPro 펌프의 주된 장점중의 하나는 주사기를 기초로 설계되었기 때문에 맥동(펄스)없이 유체를 이송할 수 있다는 것입니다. 그결과 검출기의 감도는 극미량검출이 가능할 정도로 증대 됩니다.

주사기 사이즈와 마이크로스테핑 모터의 최적화로 비교할 수 없는 높은 재현성을 제공합니다.

Pre-pressurization, Flow programming ;
보다 진보된 소프트웨어와 함께 사용할 경우 각각의 입력된 유속에서 작동한계압력을 별도로 설정할 수 있습니다. 주입과 흡입의 용도로 사용할 수 있으며, 유속 프로그램을 간단하게 설정할 수 있습니다. 또한, 정량모드(constant flow) 또는 정압모드(constant pressure)로 프로그램할 수 도 있습니다.

Syringe, Valve, Pressure Transducer Options ;
2mL와 10mL 주사기 사이즈가 있으며, 316 스테인레스스틸 또는 티타늄 재질로 되어 있습니다. 용도에 따라 적합한 밸브 옵션을 선정할 수 있습니다. 압력변환기 옵션은 작동한계압력을 설정하거나 정압모드로 펌프를 작동시킬 때 필요합니다.
