TCCE series thermostatic expansion valve regulates liquid refrigerant flow in evaporator by sensing temperature and adjusting superheat at the evaporator outlet. It is applicable to systems such as residential and light commercial air conditioners, commercial roof-top unit, heat pump, and water chiller. TCCE series can be connected to systems by solder (ODF) or flare (SAE) connections.

Applicable Refrigerants: R22, R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, R410A, R290 , and R32；

Max. Bulb Temperature: 100℃;

Max. Valve Body Temperature: 110℃;

Max. Working Pressure: 4.6MPa;

Max. Test Pressure: 5.06MPa;

Condition: Condensing temperature Tc=32℃, evaporating temeprature TE=5℃, refrigerant temperature ahead of valve Tl=28℃, static superheat tss=4K, opening superheat tos=4K.
