Water type high performance butterfly vale

4M High-Performance Butterfly Valve can be used in multi purposes

- Maximum working pressure : 20kgf/㎠

- Maximum operating temperature : RTFE Seat-220℃, Meatal Seat-240℃이상~600℃

Valve can be applied to above environment. (Application can be customized depending on environment)

It is fabricated in dual large-diameter structure to improve the durability of the valve and

to minimize the wear and tear of seat with 4M unique seat structure, so the life of the valve is extended.

It has been designed to separate the valve seat and valve disk while the contact baseline of the valve seat and valve disk and the rotational axis of the valve disk give eccentric double and the valve is opening and closing (valve life extension, valve torque reduction)

The valve seat using metal is applied so as to apply fluid including high temperature fluid which is more than 240℃ or sludge, etc

Disk pin is firmly fixed. Taper pin, stronger than the parallel pin, is used and the shear of the pin is complemented after locate it on the position of 1/3 of the valve shaft so the durability is improved

Maintenance is convenient. The valve seat can be replaced in the field so it is convenient to maintain
