1. Pressure gauge

A. Displays the air pressure at the filter inlet/outlet; easy to check the condition of the filters

2. Powder paint coating

A. Powder coating via static electricity that uses raw powder materials such as epoxy or polyethylene type powders; excellent corrosion resistance, and adhesive properties are better than solvent-based adhesives; durable enough to prevent corrosion

B. Durable against acids, alkali and impacts

C. Excellent waterproofing capability; rebuffs atmospheric pollution through vaporization of solvents; no risk of fire because of non-volatility

3. Drain

A. As a default, the 25A and higher models of our air filters are offered with an automatic drain to which a valve is attached.

B. Easy to inspect and clean in case of drain failures, thanks to the attached valve

4. Easy replacement

A. Simple to separate the housing and the head; easy-to-replace elements

5. Vent cock

A. A vent cock attached to the bottom of the air filter provides convenience when checking the condition of the float, as well as the state of condensate removal.

6. High pressure (customized product available upon request)

A. We ensure the reliability of our customized products which are produced upon request after sufficient pressure testing

7. Differential gauge

A. Detects the difference in in/out pressure; indicates when elements in the air filters must be replaced

8. Stainless steel bolt (optional)

A. Prevents corrosion; easy-to-replace elements

9. Inside epoxy coating

A. Epoxy coating inside the vessel prevents corrosion. (HYF-50A or higher)
