Various electrical specifications available | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

1. Control panel A. HYD-150 or earlier model: a low pressure refrigerant gauge and an
inlet air gauge are attached in order to display the operating condition of the
system B. HYD-300 or later model: a temperature indicator, which allows for
temperature monitoring of each component, is attached in order to identify the
condition of the system C. A timer displays total operation time and thus provides convenience
for maintenance; local/remote operation is available (HYD-170 to
HYD-300) 2. Powder paint coating A. Powder coating via static electricity that uses raw powder materials
such as epoxy or polyethylene type powders; excellent corrosion resistance, and
adhesive properties are better than solvent-based adhesives; durable enough to
prevent corrosion B. Durable against acids, alkali and impacts C. Excellent waterproofing capability; rebuffs atmospheric pollution
through vaporization of solvents; no risk of fire because of
non-volatility 3. Drain A. A drain is installed to discharge condensate that is produced in the
heat exchanger, and a drain monitoring window allows for easy repair and/or
maintenance 4. Heat exchanger A. Adopts a high efficiency heat exchanger which utilizes pre-cooling
and re-heating systems. 5. Fan motor A. An IP54-class fan motor ensures waterproof and dustproof features of
the product. An axial fan used therein enhances the efficiency of the
condenser. 6. Pressure switch A. High pressure switch: shuts the device down in order to protect the
system when the refrigerant pressure exceeds the value set as a result of
error(s) in the circulation system, when the coolant temperature rises, and/or
when the ambient temperature rises. B. Dual pressure switch: a combination switch for high pressure and low
pressure; implements the functions of a high pressure switch, and shuts the
device down in order to protect the system when the pressure of refrigerant
collected by the refrigerant compressor falls below the pressure as set, due to
leakages of refrigerant and so on. 7. Liquid separator/Accumulator A. A device that improves performance and ensures the reliable operation
of a refrigerated air dryer B. Liquid separator: protects the compressor from spontaneous force that
arises from the liquid refrigerant (liquid hammer phenomenon,NULL,NULL,NULL),
which is collected in the compressor from the low pressure side of the
evaporator. C. Accumulator: stores liquid refrigerant that is discharged from the
condenser in order to ensure satisfactory operation of the expansion
valve 8. Refrigerant compressor A. Our adoption of reciprocating refrigerators manufactured by
well-known brands such as Tecumseh and Copeland guarantees reliable, first-rate
performance. 9. Condenser A. High quality and high efficiency condenser grooves are used to
improve the efficiency of heat exchange. B. Inner groove i. The surface for heat transfer is improved by 40-70% compared to
smooth tubes. ii. Energy savings of 7-8% iii. With respect to pressure inside of the tube, there is almost no loss
compared to smooth tubes.

brochures)
NOTE 1. R-404A alternative refrigerant to R-22 can be designed and
manufactured upon request. (Models earlier than HYD-20 use R-134A while later models use R-22 as
their refrigerant.) 2. Different electrical specifications are available upon request.
(Models earlier than HYD-75 use a single phase while later models use
a 3-phase.) 3. The processing flow rate is based on 60 Hz. 4. Models for high pressure are available upon request.
5. Models for larger specifications are also
available. 6. The specifications listed above are subject to revision without
notice for the purposes of quality improvement.
