냉온수 겸용냉각기 Water Cooled & Heated Chiller Series
| 냉온수 겸용 냉각기는 Heating & Cooling 동작을 사용할 수 있는 System으로 생산 작업 시작 전 수지의 성격과 작업 조건에 맞는 금형온도를 조절하는 역할을 하며 작업준비 시간을 단축시켜 효율적인 시간활용을 가능하게 합니다. 각각의 온도를 다르게 제어할 수 있고 Heating 동작 시, Water 용으로 최고 90도까지 가능합니다. Water Tank와 Pump의 분리 동작으로 온도의 Heating과 Cooling의 시간을 단축하여 효율적인 작업을 할 수 있게 합니다. 범위 5˚C ~ 95˚C (cooling 5˚C ~ 35˚C / heating 30˚C ~ 95˚C ) |
| Over the dual cooling & heating system, metal molding temperature control suitable for plastic resin and condition of work before operation can be connected to the reduction of preparation time for the time efficiency. And it is possible to freely shift the respective temperature - Maximum heating system temperature can be up to 90 C. | INTER LOCK 입력은 장비의 운전중 안전사고 예방목적으로 준비된 보호장치입니다. 접점스위치를 기계 패널에 접속하여 운전중 패널을 열 경우 출력을 자동으로 차단하여 안전사고 예방에 도움을 주고자 설치할 경우에 사용 됩니다. |
