플러머 블록 하우징은 고용량 구면(spherical) 로울러 베어링 또는 자동조심(self-aligning) 볼 베어링을 사용할 수 있습니다. 표준형은 고강도 cast-iron이 재질이지만, cast steel 이나 spheroidal graphite cast iron의 재질을 사용할 수 도 있습니다. 하우징은 재윤활 구조를 가지고 있으며, 오일이나 그리스 윤활을 함께 활용할 수 있습니다.
