- Ultra-precision Unit Sigma Series consist of the inside-diameter grinder, outside-diameter grinder and cutter.
- FAG(Germany) Precision(PAS grade) angular bearing is used and sealed with grease to maintain the fixing rate for long-time-using.
- When and order is taken, we negotiate the contents and ship bearings applied the pre-compressing to fit the purpose.
- Designed for selecting and assembling bearings and pre-compressing.
- Grinding Spindle Unit uses angular bearings for the front and back(DT assembling) and is applied the spring pre-compressing to support uniform load.
- Cutting spindle Unit uses angular bearings for the front and back(DB assembling).
- The balance of a shaft is adjusted to drive even rotation and control the centripetal force.
- We use stainless steel to prevent the rust. The shaft is finished by burning with SUS-420J2.
- The body and the component elements use SUS-416 fundamentally.
