Econmic Pipe Profie Cutting Machine (ACD-316) The ACD-316 is a computer-controlled machine that automates the cutting of profiles, holes, nozzles and shapes on pipe with diameters from 2" to 16" (5-40 cm). It rotates the pipe on it’s roller bed with a magnetic roller while simultaneously moving and bevelinga cutting torch back and forth along the pipe’s axis. Pipe 회전시 발생이 예상되는 슬립 현상의 Zero화 일반적인 롤러 구동 방식에서 발생 가능한 Pipe 의 슬립 현상을 특수하게 설계된 롤러의 사용에 의해 마찰 저항을 극대화함으로써 슬립 Zero 화를 실현하였음. 경량의 Pipe 에서 고속 가공시에는 그 효과를 더욱 실감하실수 있습니다. 소재 Loading/Unloading 의 공간성 확보 장치로의 소재 Loading 혹은 Unloading 시 가공 Torch Head 의 간섭으로 발생하는 불편함을 해소하기 위해, Torch Head Unit을 90deg. 회전시킬 수 있는 구조를 채택함. 보다 빨리, 보다 안전하게 소재의 Loading/Unloading이 가능해짐 자동 Beveling 제어에 의한 제작성 향상 가공 Torch 의 자동 beveling 기능에 의한 Saddle 및 pipe ends 절단시computer controlled 의 의한 자동 bevel edge 가공이 가능하다.
