용도 및 특징

본 전자석은 ingots, slavs와 같은 두꺼운 철판을 운반하도록 제작되었습니다. 흡착면과 pole사이의 간격이 좁기 때문에 중량이 큰 철재를 운반할지라도 적은 자력이 소요됩니다.
또한 주문에 따라 600℃ 이상의 철재를 운반 및 회전을 할 수 있게 제작가능하며, 회전시 180℃까지 자연스럽게 회전할 수 있습니다.

This lifting magnet is designed for transporting ingots, slabs and very thick steel plates.
As these kinds of materials cause relatively small gap between the lifting surface and magnetic poles, small magnetizing force is required.
This model designed for handling high temperature materials, so it can transport and turn at up to 600℃, and can turm the slab smoothly about 180℃ with specially designed mechanism.

LIFTING MAGNETS FOR TRANSPORTATION

This magnet is ideal and transporting ingots in steel mill yard. for arranging and transporting

slabs in the blooming yard, or for supplying material to continuously operated heating furnaces.

LIFTING MAGNETS FOR BOTH TRANSPORTING AND TUMING OF SALT

As this magnet enables the slabs to be turned for cheching the front and rear faces and for

scarfing, it completely eliminates the time consuming procedures.
