NEOSEM provides custom designed motherboards for Server DIMM test. 

Our customer is testing its DIMMs using NEOSEM designed motherboards in Automation environment. 

DDR4 RDIMM test is under production and we are designing DDR5 motherboards. 

Customer can use new DDR5 motherboards in the existing Automation system, with NEOSEM patented air control system, our customer can test DIMMs at target temperature in open space.

The DIMM module testers can be offered with NEOSEM's Automation System to provide fully automated HVM test solutions.
