RSQTM – 3000F 는 기본형 macro 4 point probe 와 middle size 4 point probe (Tip width 300㎛, 600 ㎛)를 지원 하며 비젼 패턴 매칭 시스템을 기반으로 더욱 정밀한 RS측정이 가능한 inline RS metrology입니다. Si, W, TiN등 반도체 소자 제조 공정 박막 film의 고정밀 면저항 측정을 통하여 박막 두께와 박막의 전기적 특성 평가를 통한 종합적인 공정 관리를 가능하게 해주는 고정밀 4PP RS측정 장비 입니다.
