RSQ™-3000은 300mm wafer전용 자동 mapping RS 측정 장비입니다. Windows GUI 프로그램을 기반으로 다중 측정 지점에 대한 매핑 레시피를 간편하게 생성하여 정밀하고 빠르게 RS/ RES를 측정합니다. 측정 결과는 주요 SPC 분석 데이터와 함께 CSV, TXT 포멧으로 송출이 가능 하며, 직관적인 2D/ 3D그래픽으로 더욱 정밀한 박막 공정 분석을 가능 하게 합니다.
