MAGELLAN은 LIBD (Laser Induced Breakdown Detection) 의 측정원리를 이용하여 수처리, Membrane Integrity, Filtration Process, 반도체 등의 공정에서 오염된 미세, 극미량의 입도를 분석하는 장비이다.
