개요 VASCO Flex의 측정원리는 VASCO Series와 동일하게 동적광산란법(Dynamic Light Scattering)을 이용하며 최대 0.5nm에서 10μm 영역의 입도분포를 측정할 수 있다. 또한 LAB에서 뿐만 아니라 공정조건에 맞게 응용이 가능하다. |
