개요

Rheolaser master는 Micron scale에서 Multi-Speckle Diffusing Wave Spectroscopy 를 이용하여 Soft Material의 Rheology 특성을 분석하는 Passive Micro-Rheometer이다. Glass Cell에 바로 담아 측정하므로 Non-intrusive, Non-destructive Method이며 측정 중 시료의 증발 또는 건조 되는것을 방지할 수 있고, 빛을 이용한 측정이므로 시료에 외력을 가하지 않아 다음과 같은 장점을 가지고 있다.

외력에 의해 변형 혹은 파괴되는 물질에 적합
항상 Linear Visco-elastic 영역에서 측정 가능
Low frequency에서의 재현성이 탁월(시료에 따라 10 -⁴Hz 이하도 가능)
Gelation 과정 Monitoring 가능
동일 시료의 장시간 Ageing Test 가능
일정 Shear를 가한 후 Structure Recovery 또는 Thixotropy 측정 가능
